Warranty Coverage

Festa Pizza Co. accessories are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the periods outlined below, from the date of original purchase. Coverage applies to normal residential use and, where noted, limited commercial use.

Warranty coverage is tiered by product type:

• Hard goods (pizza peels, turning peels, and other tools): 1 year
• Soft goods (aprons, hats, and other apparel): 90 days

During the applicable coverage period, Festa may repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective part or product. Some items may receive partial credit depending on condition and component at the time the claim is filed.

Warranty Registration

No registration is required for accessories. To make a warranty claim, simply retain your proof of purchase. Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What's Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects arising under normal use, including:

• Hardgoods: Handle attachment and integrity, blade or board defects, finish or coating failures not caused by misuse
• Soft goods: Stitching and seam failures, material defects, hardware attachment (buckles, rivets, loops)

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including fading, pilling, softening, or surface scuffing
• Staining from food, grease, smoke, or outdoor exposure
• Damage from improper use, storage, or cleaning methods
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Commercial or high-volume use (see note below)
• Cosmetic changes that do not affect function
• Lost or stolen items

Note on Commercial Use: Festa accessories are designed primarily for residential use. Limited warranty coverage of 90 days is extended to commercial purchasers (e.g., restaurants, food trucks, catering operations) for manufacturing defects only. Wear, damage, or failure resulting from the demands of commercial-volume use is not covered.

To file a claim, contact Festa Support at support@festapizzaco.com or visit www.festapizzaco.com. Please include:

• Your contact information
• Product name and description
• Proof of purchase
• A description of the issue and photos, if requested

Limitations

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Festa Pizza Co. is not liable for incidental or consequential damages where not prohibited by law. Any implied warranties are limited to the duration of the applicable coverage period, unless otherwise required by local law.
