This official Festa conversion kit includes everything you need to make the switch safely and correctly, with a typical installation time of 15–20 minutes (recommended to be supervised or checked by a licensed gas technician).

You’ll also need access to a home natural gas outlet with a 3/8 in. NPT male thread (or use the included reducer fitting if required).

Festa is not responsible for damage or performance issues caused by improper installation.
Damage or malfunction resulting from improper or non-professional installation is not covered under warranty. We encourage professional installation to ensure safe operation and preserve warranty coverage.

Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. A confirmation email with tracking information is sent once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Rates are based on order size, weight, and destination and are calculated at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days — Free on orders $299 and over; calculated at checkout for orders under $299
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high order volume.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is not available as a standard checkout option for accessories. If you require faster delivery, please contact us at support@festapizzaco.com or call (866) 792-7789 and we will price it out for you.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship to international destinations.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or refusal of the package, reshipping fees may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Contact us within 5 business days of the expected or actual delivery date.
- We will file a claim with the carrier if applicable and issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To qualify, items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn or unused, with tags, in the original packaging—and include proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at support@festapizzaco.com before sending any items back. If approved, we’ll provide instructions (and a prepaid label if you choose that option). Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was sent in error. You may use your own carrier or request a prepaid label, in which case the label cost will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In these cases, we will cover return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@festapizzaco.com.
Warranty Coverage
Festa Pizza Co. accessories are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the periods outlined below, from the date of original purchase. Coverage applies to normal residential use and, where noted, limited commercial use.
Warranty coverage is tiered by product type:
- Hard goods (pizza peels, turning peels, and other tools): 1 year
- Soft goods (aprons, hats, and other apparel): 90 days
During the applicable coverage period, Festa may repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective part or product. Some items may receive partial credit depending on condition and component at the time the claim is filed.
Warranty Registration
No registration is required for accessories. To make a warranty claim, simply retain your proof of purchase. Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
What's Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects arising under normal use, including:
- Hardgoods: Handle attachment and integrity, blade or board defects, finish or coating failures not caused by misuse
- Soft goods: Stitching and seam failures, material defects, hardware attachment (buckles, rivets, loops)
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including fading, pilling, softening, or surface scuffing
- Staining from food, grease, smoke, or outdoor exposure
- Damage from improper use, storage, or cleaning methods
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Commercial or high-volume use (see note below)
- Cosmetic changes that do not affect function
- Lost or stolen items
Note on Commercial Use: Festa accessories are designed primarily for residential use. Limited warranty coverage of 90 days is extended to commercial purchasers (e.g., restaurants, food trucks, catering operations) for manufacturing defects only. Wear, damage, or failure resulting from the demands of commercial-volume use is not covered.

Limitations
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Festa Pizza Co. is not liable for incidental or consequential damages where not prohibited by law. Any implied warranties are limited to the duration of the applicable coverage period, unless otherwise required by local law.
